What are your tips for actually winning something on ebay?

I know there are ways to win on ebay, but I have yet to figure it out. Is it a computer program or do you constantly have to monitor the auction? What are your tips?

haleymarie Jump in there at the last minute or two before the auction is up.There's a good chance then.Never bid too soon on an item.

Dont you just hate the ending of titanic? Wish it could be more like a happy ending? Like jack survives the tragedy of titanic.. or something else. Can you give me your idea?

haleymarie The ending should have been that Jack survived.He should have got right up there with Rose and they could have used their body heat to keep them warm.
