hamdanioke i think it depends on the spesicifaction of your Computer, if your Computer has a good spesification go ahead use windows 7 but if not better you use windows xp

hamdanioke are you already check the heat of you Processor, i have experience with that problem and i found that the Problem is the processor is too heat. so i change the Fan of the Processor with the new one
