Have you read the book or seent eh movie? Do you think this is an accurate illustration of living with depression? Can you relate? There was much of this book and movie I could relate to.

Can you? How? I take meds that help a lot, but sometimes I can feel my blood boiling and I want to run or cry or scream or something.

heathertruett I walk the Labyrinth and that is helpful, but meditation is much harder when juggling two kids at that very moment.

Just curious as to what works for others who suffer from this. I have suffered for years and am still on medication for it as I haven't found any other methods that work for me.

heathertruett er... well, I try to be the same person wherever I am and whatever I am doing. I don't change when I am on MyLot, even though they pay me a few pennies and I don't change when I clock in at the cafe and they pay me a few more pennies.
