HeidiD It is really not hard for me to answer this question. In my home, the floor is only with cement, we cannot walk on it with no slipper. Anyway, I don't think it is comfortable bare-feet even in one's own home.

HeidiD I don't think it is a problem. I have the same situation with you. I usually take a nap. Taking some little exercise can relax. In my opinion, it is a common phenomenon. You don't have to be worry about it. Have a little sleep would be better.

HeidiD I try not to be a pessimist. Life is just like a mirror of your feeling. I have faith in myself and in life. I sometimes feel sad but cheers up after a while. Sadness won't help me living a happy life. All in all, I'm an optimist.

HeidiD I often eat raw vegetables. My mom grow some greens in our backyard. I believe they are with no germs. I can eat them with no fear of poisoning. The kinds of raw vegetables I eat is not very much. Why I eat them uncooked is just I think it is more delicious.
