hnkang007 The best time to eat fruits is 1 hour before your meal or 2 hours after your meal. It's best not to eat fruits immediately after your meal as it will cause your stomach to bloat with air.

hnkang007 You can try Google ADWORDS.COM. You only have to pay when people click on your ads. There are also a few websites where you can place your ads free of charge like THEFREEADFORUM.COM, CLASSIFIED.AOL.COM, ARTICLECITY.COM, etc.
