hooked4six I had a mac for more than 3 years now And a windows for about 9 year. I really wouldn't buy another windows because the get really slow and freeze if your computeris not fast enough. You can all so you programs like parallel to get windows on mac

hooked4six first of all losing weight is all about just exercising and eating healthier. i been trying to lose weight for along time. I've found that manging how much you eat and 30 min to 1 hour is the best solution.
