Betsy Prater Dress up just to feel good and please me.. But of course I have dressed up for my boyfriend on our anniversary dinner dates.. I just love to able to dress up and feel beautiful.. especially if I go a long time not doing so.

Betsy Prater Usually I work both jobs on Fridays.. I get off a couple of hours earlier now though so I actually get a breather before my second job.. And I will be putting the Carolina Hurricanes game on tonight at my other job.. So excited!!

Betsy Prater Exercise and I know a few people who lost like 10lbs by just drinking water and cutting out soda.. If you eat a lot of bread you could cut down it that as well and it should help with weight loss.
