huihoscape Swimming is a VERY GOOD EXERCISE! I used to swim everyday and lost LOTS of weight. But now I have been very lazy, so fat has grown on my thighs and belly. I need to get into the habit of swimming again, because it is the best way to lose weight!

huihoscape Hmm, I really enjoy doing the crawl also, but I also like to the butterfly stroke. I know its very tiring, but it helps me lose weight. And using a kickboard for 15+ minutes straight is also good for losing weight in the thighs :D
