i12read I had a short course of Lyrica, not long enough to really know if it will help, but long enough for it to make my hands swell up. I do try to go walk in the pool, but don't go very often. Has the yoga helped you?

i12read I do! It was hard at first, but I realized that no one else would stand up for me, and when I took time to do something that made me happy, I was happier around my family, too.
