iamurfriend Another good analysis about teaching. But I don't agree with you that "Every weak teacher makes a weaker teacher." Because a person learns a lot after becoming a teacher. So it depends mostly upon a teacher himself/herself to become good/weak teacher.

iamurfriend Actually both are difficult if someone does not want to do. If a student does not want to study then learning is much much difficult and if a teacher is a teacher by force and does not have interest in teaching then again it is much much difficult.

iamurfriend I think learning from my own mistakes is more frequent than others mistakes. Because from my own mistakes I get hurt and affected. But from other mistakes as I don't have any effect so there is less learning.
