idaantipolo Yup, I heard that Vigan is a great place, too. Aside from the beach, you can get to have a look at the past. I believe that they preserved the way it used to be in the Spanish Colonization there. Thanks extendcradle for responding!

idaantipolo English is our second language here, and most often than not, if a Filipino doesn't know how to speak English they are considered by the locals as illiterate. Sad but true.
