iheartpolkadots I don't know how cold it is there, but when it gets too cold, salting the sidewalks is useless becuase it won't work when its too cold, so maybe they are trying to deice, but because of the cold, its not a possible.

iheartpolkadots This is a really tough situation. I am a waitress, and personally, I feel like the waitress in this situation is making up a story in order to up her sales and to also get pity, which usually equals a bigger tip.
