ilikegrilledcheese I think that the ultimate simple late night snack for me has always been cereal. My favorite would have to be cinnamon toast crunch. MMMMMMMMM....I love it. It's way easier than having to cook anything and it satisfies my starchy sweet craving.

How many times you drink coffee in a day?

I drink coffee only in the morning. If I drink cofee in late afternoon or at night I won't be able to sleep. I have tested it so many times that coffee affects my sleeping at night.

ilikegrilledcheese My boyfriend bought me one of those 4 cup coffee makers so I limit myself to that each day. It adds up to two mugfuls of coffee. I actually just switched to decaf coffee because of my anxiety.

ilikegrilledcheese I agree that you shouldn't have to hide your relationship. It's not fair to either of you. If her friends are truly good friends then they will accept your relationship.

ilikegrilledcheese I think that addiction by nature means that you are doing something in excess and that you rely on it in extreme amounts to be ok from day to day. I feel that ANYTHING in excess is unhealthy. People need balance in their lives in order to thrive and be well....

ilikegrilledcheese I have a fear of earthquakes. I'm from the San Francisco area and will never forget the Loma Prieta earthquake. There's just something completely unsettling about the idea of the earth moving under your feet. It seems wrong and it gives me the heebie jeebies....
