how many hours is enough to sleep in a day?

Every one have different time and hours of sleeping. I sleep for 6 or 7 Hrs every day except Sunday. On Sunday or any other holiday i generally sleep for 8 to 10 hrs and i prefer to sleep late at night and wake up late in morning...
