indyoke yes, i think noe we should think the future, but still the past period still important for us, history in the past still important for experience, so we don't make any mistake in the future. nice share with you too

indyoke yes i've got your point, you still eat your favorite food but you reduce the quantity, i think it's the best way, maybe you should arrange food menu for your consumption
