Unfortunately there is no cure at the moment. I used to have bad psoriasis when I was a kid but as I got older it gradualy got better and now I rarely suffer from it. I think the reason I don't suffer so much anymore is down to my life style. I exercise...

As of right now, there is no known cure for psoriasis. The best thing to do is diet and exercise. (I know it sounds silly but it does help.) I am on a medication called, Enbrel. It is a needle that I inject myself once a week. Shortly after I started using it,...
