itsarnie Jog in the morning time. The body burns the body fats directly else it burns the food in the stomach which is not very effective.Also reduction of eating anythings between meals will help.

How much time do you need to get to work or school/college?

Well how much time does it take to get to your workplace. Do you think that's a waste of time and could have done alot in that time. what do you guys think. Mine takes 1 hr by Local bus to get to my college.

itsarnie My suggestion is that don't stop your exercise.Just carry it on. Your body will overcome the pain within 2-3 days.

itsarnie Sprite is very popular in India. It has got huge market. whereas I guess 7up scores when it comes to states. So thats the difference in taste.Sprite has got more element of sweet and 7ups got more hint of soda....
