jaemee_w64 thanks, not many people appreciate them anymore though. especially the kids today. they dont even realize that some music they love today are only revivals of the great bands from the 60s to 80s :D

jaemee_w64 someone suggested this to me before. to avoid high blood pressure when i get angry he asked me to count from 1-20. never tried it yet though. I never though it would help me in anyway. but since you've mentioned it, maybe il try it sometimes.
