JeanMa To be safe is best to go to your doctor and have him check it out. In my opinion you maybe having Braxton Hicks - which is also fake labor pains, it is caused by your uterus contracting, but is not real contractions.. you may need to increase your fluid...

JeanMa You already have two great answers atop of this one. I just wanted to stress out to keep our bed rest to a T. Use diapers to urinate on.. Go to the bathroom for bowel movements only. Relax and try to do some yoga in bed.. so you do not lose a lot of strength...
