In todays society, weight loss is an epidemic it seems. To me, instead of starving yourself, or eating pre-made meals, I honestly think that exercise is the best diet. What are your thoughts on dieting? Your best diet ideas...

DRoddy77 you dont have to starve yourself you just have to eat better healthier foods and eat smaller portions of the "bad" foods. Drinking a lot of water also helps you to lose weight and feel fuller. Ive lost 12 lbs since January 1st, I just keep me calories around...

maryannemax it's never right to starve yourself because you want to lose weight. it's always better to do it the healthier way. when i am gaining weight, i always do sit ups in the morning and in the afternoon. i eat a lot of fruits and i drink plenty of lukewarm water....

hellkybabe I am a member of myspace... I do have it also..It's like friendster,getting along new friends...it's not really a bad influence. For me, it's safe as long as there's limitation... :)

Metallion you really should monitor their useage of the computer, myspace is somewhere teenage girls should not be on, too many perverts on it. Also kids shouldn't be using sites like that unsupervised all the time anyways, need to check on them from time to time.

thinkingoutloud You're completely right, mbs... most sites do have some form of "safeguard" that can be used to at least set up a barrier against the "weirdos". The problem is, as much as they know they're "supposed to," kids don't want to use them. I come up against this...

bonnibp Myspace is for the 18+. I have two pages one for business and one that I use to connect with family and friends. The only reason people are harmed is because no one wants to follow the rules and parents are so damn stupid.
