JeffMoney The blue light is on means that your computer's inside is well.There may be some connecting problems.My friend used to have this problem,then she pat the keyboard and the screen on.I hope this can help you.If not please go to the Lenove's service.

JeffMoney I think if the one gets cold,there may always be some reasons,such as he/she meets new ones or he/she thinks you are not fit for him/her and so on.You can forget it and then move on.This may be the best way.
