jennifersuem44 It is cut thin, marinated & dried RAW! Dehydration removes all the moisture from it. The marinade "cooks" it preserving it for later consumption.

jennifersuem44 Pasturized milk is where they HEAT it to kill all the bacteria & germs. Unpasturized milk is RAW right from the cow. NOTHING added or done to it!

jennifersuem44 The only draw back to eating lots of beef jerky is the high sodium content. LOTS of SALT in it! Other than that I'm not really sure if it would be considerd BAD to eat!

jennifersuem44 WE had an 18.57 lb turkey! We have lots of it left over. I cooked one & my mother-in-law cooked her 10 lb one. Hers didn't taste very good. So my daughter said!!! LOL Of course MINE was delicious!!! LOL

jennifersuem44 OH yes many times. Just recently on my hand. Silly me smashed my hand INTO the dryer DOOR. Hand swelled up like crazy. Nothing was broken. Just sprained.
