jesudian My username is my name. Of course i wonder how people doesn't use their real name as their username in Mylot. Moreover changing of names is not possible at all in Mylot. So I in a way to proceed with my real name only.

i love to run and that is something i consider than lifting weights ..So in order to keep fit i run... whats ur view???

jesudian i used to go for a walking at nights during the weekdays and swimming during weekends and holidays to keep myself fit. Cycling is the best exercise to stay fit rather lifting weights.
