I see and hear every day on court shows like Judge Judy how teens and even some adults have huge cell bills. I can not understand why parents do not get a pre paid phone for their teens so they could never get hundreds of dollars...

jigishap Thats true. Instead of getting a big phone bill,it is always safe to use a pre-paid account. Post-paid accounts are very risky. When it is pre-paid,you atleast are forced to limit the use
