This has probably been discussed before but I will post this to gain new/more insights. I have suffered insomia in the past--not being able to sleep for five days even-- but I have had my own ways of trying to "combat" it....

corilat Have you tried a doctor?? Another suggestion, to read a book, but not one that is so entertaining that you won't want to put it down (like Harry Potter lol). Or, if you have something that you really need to read, but is boring or you don't look forward to it,...

maghella exactly. I really do feel this has to go both ways. They do protect themselves against cheaters, why shouldn't we?? After all, if they don't hold up their part of the deal, that's what they're doing: CHEATING!

I've read some user's complaining how small they are earning in Mylot and expect big earnings for whatever post they do in Mylot - but fail to understand if one were to post a topic with just a sentence or maybe a three word topic...
