Mike @joanreyes00 I'd say so. If the majority of votes go to one person but another person wins that's a problem.

i know that this question is very common, but i want people to tell me again something else about it, well i really think there is, but there are many theories about it, i am kind of confused now.

Something happened to me while sleeping, i woke up and i was watching myself. I thought, um-mm, maybe a dream. but i was able to see myself... question. Am i crazy?, am i getting crazy? or worst, am i completely nuts?.
