How do I get those stars with numbers on top of my user name?

I noticed there are some mylot users who have a red star on top of their usernames and would have numbers like 7,9,6, etc..how do I get it? I'm practically new here and I wonder if it's based on how many have rated your post?

We already have two daugthers, thinking it out loud, I'm already ok with them but a lot of people are saying we should try for another one. But there's no guarantee that it would be a boy next time. But I know deep in my heart...
