Why when i wake up, i feel heavy like metal that my head is like hammered and frustrated feelings.. What should i do to prevent that? Do you feel that too? Maybe cause of too tired or lack of sleep.

john_ronald not a daily affair, maybe to tire some of going school and on the job training. I will cut down caffeine that may cause it thanks for that. The pillow maybe too high i will cut that. Thanks
