jondamz Yes I can eat even when im not hungry,I just choose the food that I eat like fruits or salads. Its a good thing because when meal time comes I only consume not that much.

jondamz Well in my case I clean my office table every time I arrived at my office and that is everyday from Monday to Friday before 8:00am that is why I have to be early so that I have the time cleaning my table before my client arrive at my office.
