Should you discharge Laptop battery

I keep my laptop plugged in wall all the time. Should I let the battery run down once in a while or should I keep it plugged in. Thanks.

jpace123 I had a laptop for work that was always plugged in, and after about one year, the battery wouldn't hold a charge at all. I think letting it discharge every so often is a good practice.

jpace123 I tried it for about 3 months. Couldn't make any profit because the product I was selling was always damaged in transit. I think the key is finding a good product that you can sell for a profit.

jpace123 Even if it is legit, I think it will be very hard to earn money, since it costs $9.00 every 7 days. I don't think I could get referrals quick enough to start earning money to break even, much less make a profit.

jpace123 About a year ago, I had $800 in fraudulent charges charged to one of my credit cards. After disputing, all was refunded. Hopefully yours turns out the same. Good luck.

jpace123 I've never had anything like that happen to me. Usually, our shipment driver will "hide" packages that he has to leave, either behind something or around the side of the house. Do you have any recourse for the shipper to prove the item was indeed delivered?
