jtr115 The DVD recorder owner's manual should tell you whether it uses DVD-R/RW or DVD+R discs. I accidentally bought the wrong type of discs the first time because I didn't realize there was a difference.

jtr115 I contacted the phone company, but they said they cannot trace a call if the number is blocked. I wound up changing my cell phone number in hopes of stopping these calls.

jtr115 It's actually called Falcon Broadband (Internet/cable.) Falcon is a town just east of Colorado Springs, and the service is only available in that area so far. The company says it hopes to eventually expand into Colorado Springs.
