jujube1960 Great tips, thanks for sharing.. Sometimes we need to be reminded about eating simple fruits and vegetables to help keep us healthy. Just that extra boost from someone as a reminder helps. I know it does for me...I do need that little reminder...

I have to say that John Denver has always been one of my favorite singers. His music was so relaxing and soothing. No matter what, he always made me smile. When he died, I was devastated. I couldn't believe it. He is truly missed...

jujube1960 In fact, my first album of his was his greatest hits and I purchased it with my poker winnings..haha When we would have family get togethers, we would have poker games for like nickle and dimes and I played and won enough money to buy the album....lol

jujube1960 wow, I forgot about Ralph Kramden. He was great too. My one daughter use to say I was another Archie Bunker. When she was little, she said I was crabby all the time...just like Archie...but Ralph was a bit of a crab too...

jujube1960 yes, walking is a good thing....i use to walk for 1-2 hrs a day..i use to live by a track but now i moved and i have to find a new place to walk...
