kamil_bor No I'm not but do eat soy,drink soymil once in a while alternating between cow's milk and soy. I do not believe in eating all plant foods all the time. Like meat once in a while. Most of the vegeterians I met particularly vegans didn't look so good.

kamil_bor Yes I got sick from eating ice cream I drank lots of water and layed down for a while it helped quite a bit also some Pepto-Bismol can help for a queasy stomach, it's slightly antibiotic.

kamil_bor It also helps to pay bills online or over the phone no spending money on stamps and envelopes. I wish I could pay my rent online that would be so much easier.
