karbuks in my case, too much heat can trigger my migraine, also chocolates and cheese. That's why i try to avoid it especially foods that has the ingredient that can trigger migraine.

karbuks yes you're right eating fruits, 30 min before meal can help in your digestion but for me if there are fruits available, i eat it either before or after meal. Maybe i will try to eat fruits at the right time.

karbuks just like you, i eat fruits anytime i want. I don't really mind if its better to eat it after meal or before meal. If my favorite fruit is available, I just eat it anytime.

karbuks it's i think if you have a big dog, you can really feel that they are your protector because of their size. I also enjoy taking dogs for a walk It is nice to have them and playing with them. They can somehow take away the stress you have.

karbuks yeah because of Ah1N1 epidemic, that's why people want to have something to protect the spread and i think sanitizers are the most convenient.
