kattghoti I have a mild care of MR. Worries the heck out of my mother, but in my 23 years, it has never bothered me. I played sports in high school, but I wasn't allowed in the military. Due to present circumstances, I'm pretty glad about that!

kattghoti Put a clear basecoat down first. Also, look for polishes without formaldehyde. That's typically what stains your nails. I love wearing dark colors, and I never get yellow nails because of this.

kattghoti I use rice. These puppies are great when you have an ear ache or a sinus headache too. Especially with the sinus headache, because that little bit of weighted pressure feels nice (to me anyway...)

kattghoti I've never had to sit in a waiting room full of people for any of my heart check ups. Every time I've changed into a gown, I was in the exam room already. I don't think I would enjoy the waiting room, and I would definitely go to the cardiologist even less...
