If you need to go up/down three floors and there are steps and elevators, which would you take? I work two floors down from the main floor but usually take the elevator. I should start taking the steps, as it would be good...

kingofdamned walking up and down stairs is a good exercise but it has to be practical,i mean you cant walk forever,sometimes elevators are more convenient....

HI, Since i am working. I seldom go to do exercise! I remember that i have joined in a fitness Center to do some gems. I kept going the centre for a month, but after that I seldom go there! Even I didnot got to there once a week....

kingofdamned swimming is at par with walking in making your body fit.try swimming and you will love the experience...it relaxes your body and builds up your stamina and muscles

kingofdamned no,i dont believe in love at first sight.it is the most stupid thing in the world to fall in love with someone on the first sight.we wouldnt even know his personality or attitude towards us.
