Kitakatidoki I have been a heavy smoker myself and I have tried different methods. In the end there is only one way to stop. I have explained it in my blog: "theonlywaytostopsmoking".You can search it on Facebook. Have a look at it and I think you will agree.

Kitakatidoki If you read their terms you will find that you have to invest 6 USD before you can request payout. That means you have to transfer at least this amount. You can eventually rent referrals for the amount. After that you can request payout.
