klm007 As I said before this is not something new or my own trick. Its popular for so many years. Its called "carb cycling" but only a few people are aware of it. Usually I do it on a cutting phase.

klm007 Yes you can make a free blog or a website.If you are planning for a free website I recommend Yola or Weebly.If you want blog use blogger or wordpress. Sometimes its difficult to get approved so make your content unique without copying from other websites also...

klm007 There are many ways to earn money on internet.But the most successful for me are affiliate marketing which is very much interesting to me than the PTC or Surveys.Its makes you even more money than the PTC's and fun too.
