krupavora hey madhu, losing 10 odd kilos is a very big task,but nothing is impossible.i prefer u to workout a lot. drink lot of water,do yoga asanas tat suit ur body,tru to go to gym n cut off calorie frm ur diet. i think u can surely do it all d best
