kiran8 In India we have rules against using the mobile phone while driving , either texting or speaking. Having said that I see every other person breaking the law . I can only blame the authorities for not being strict about it !

Nawsheen I know that if you make a call while you are driving over here you will be fined. I think the same law applies to texting.

ARIES1973 Luckily, my officemate who drives the car would ask permission to pull over whenever he needs to text someone. Yes, we know that it is important to give full focus ro driving.
