laydee You can do it as often or as limited as you like. It's like putting money in savings.. But of course, if you don't have the habit of savings then you can't expect it to grow big :)

laydee Don't wash them. It would take out the protective lining that keeps eggs fresh longer. Just wipe visible dirt or put it directly on the fridge. You can wash eggs before you cook them.
