lchingy What do we get from dancing and why is it popular for exercise? That's easy!...it is a fun form of exercise and a way to meet people! In addition, for me, it is a cultural thing. It keeps me "grounded" and in shape! =-)

lchingy Try to think of the positive in this....he will make some new friends and learn new things at the same time! Hopefully, he will burn off a lot of energy so then you won't have to use so much of yours (sounds like you have 3 others to split the energy with..)...
