lisaneuc There is nothing in the Constitution about limiting immigration. Up until the 1920s immigration was UN-regulated. All immigration legislation since that time is an artificial government construct that has nothing to do with the Constitution.

lisaneuc You're right, MD. The license was suspended after the original no contest plea. Maybe her people didn't tell her about the suspension originally (it's still a lame excuse), but you woulda thought she'd figure it out after the first time she got pulled over....
