lisast Yes, 8 hours is perfect if you can actually do that every night! But I am a college student, and cannot actually sleep early in the night and in the morning I have classes and need to wake up very very early! So, I usually sleep for about 3-4 hours every night...

lisast I don't if my door is open or closed! Only when I have guests in my home I close the door! Otherwise I don't! But even with closed door it doesn't make any difference for me!
