lkumarldh i think flying in first class or buisness class does'n matter much. As except littl extra facilities there is nothing in it. So except wating money there is no difference in both classes.

lkumarldh To keep your computer fast, you should reduce the content in the drive in which windows or operating system files lying i.e. 'C' Drive. Secondly reduce data from Desktop. As well keep only necessary software installed and protect your computer from viruses....
