As a Coffee or Tea drinker, can you sleep after drinking them?

There are people just love coffee or tea so much, it won't even affect them having a good night sleep! First of all, is it healthy? Since the caffeine meant to "wake" you up? To fall asleep meaning one has getting too much of it?...

lmstegemoller1 I absolutely love coffee. I can drink coffee anytime of the day and still go right to sleep. Drinking coffee at night actually relaxes me.

lmstegemoller1 I know exactly how you feel. Have you checked to see if she is teething or maybe colicky? If she is teething her gums will be swollen and she will be slobbering. Sometimes I think that if holding them makes them feel better well then just hold them. Good...

lmstegemoller1 The one tradition that my family and I do every year is make new year resolutions. We never stick to any of them (well not for very long), but it's a tradition that's not ready to die yet.
