Any good tips? I just don't think that I would be able to do it cold turkey. I tried joining quitnet and that just didn't work. Should I use some kind of quit smoking aid?

luckymom Thanks for the advice. Maybe I will try to make this a New Year's resolution. I will get some Nicorette Gum and try it.

luckymom Thanks. I guess the exercise keeps you busy so you don't think about smoking? Or, to keep off the pounds that you gain from smoking?

luckymom I agree, snowballing will be your best bet. Have you read any Dave Ramsey books? If not, I would suggest borrowing one from the library. He explains all this in more detail. Good Luck.

luckymom I think that the kids should be allowed to believe for as long as they can. It kinda adds to the magic of Christmas. I think that Christams has become so commercialized and it is really sad. Your sister in law is smart to leave her stuff in lay away.

luckymom Even with DNA evidence you feel it can't be proved? I understand the hell on earth concept, but it also cost taxpayers so much to support these convicts.

luckymom I wish you the best in your quit. I have tried unsuccessfully a few times. Maybe I wasn't really ready for it. I am sick of spending so much money on this stupid habit, though.

Has anyone noticed that there are a lot of words in posts that are spelled incorrectly? Well I think that it is caused by the website. I have typed my posts and double checked my spelling and spacing and it still shows up wrong...

luckymom Yes, I know part of it is poor grammar, but sometimes ther is a letter added or my spacing will show up wrong once I submit. I know that I typrd it correctly to begin with because I checked it. Some of the words show up blue because they are tag words.

luckymom My husband helps me around the house as much as he can. I am a stay at home mom and I feel like my day never ends. There is always something to be done, so I appreciate his help when I do get it.
