Lylascomments No, she comes in that way. She doesn't have to be drunk to act this way. It is normal behavior for her. They are tired of hearing her complain and don't want to hear it anymore. They are friends with her husband......

Lylascomments Yes, it's kind of creepy when you see your daughter walking around and you can't get her to answer you then you realize she's sleeping. I only caught her doing it twice. The first time was when we moved and I was so scared that she would fall down the steps.

I think when children do something wrong they should be held accountable for their mistakes. How do they learn when the parent gets a fine? This seems to be the way to handle a problem in our area. Any suggestions?
