We all have that one thing, we cannot give up.
For me it's great food! After I've graduated, I went through a period of poverty.
Massive student loans to pay off and limited means.
The only thing that kept me happy was my...

Christina Lyons Ask me this 10 years ago and my answer would have been quite different. Something trivial like Internet access or coffee. At times in the past decade though, I've gone without so much... A place to live, a car... Gone without food for days. What's always been...

As I feel I waste too much time sleeping! I sleep on average 8-10hrs, but I know I can do with sleeping 6 if needed.
So, am curious, how much sleep do you need? And how much sleep can...

Fall is on the air and the weather is beginning to change. Here in Virginia, I've noticed a big change with the weather. This summer we had to deal with 80 and 90 degree weather, but now temps are in the 70s.
Despite the cooler...

A perfect life for me would be to have a lovely wife with beautiful children, to have a descent house and car, to have my family and my best friends besides me.
What would be the perfect life for you?

Christina Lyons My perfect life would have a lot of the same components as my life now, but I would add a few things.
My son would still be alive. A parent shouldn't have to bury their child.
My parents would still be alive, at least until they're old enough for death to be...

So often I see, hear or read, "I'm a Christian.".....OK, but why do you have to tell us that?
I am Catholic - I don't go around saying, "I'm Catholic." If I ask you what religion/faith you are and you say, "I'm Christian"...

Christina Lyons I don't understand why people find it so offensive. I don't say I'm Christian to make myself sound better than you and I don't say I'm Christian because I want to shove my religion down your throat. That's where people's minds seem to go these days. Actually...

Do you like to drink coffee? Or does it makes you more irritable than usual? If you do drink coffee, how often you do so?

Christina Lyons My golden moment is bittersweet. I was taking care of my elderly father, it was the day before he died. He was nearly comatose, not responding at all, just laying there in his bed. I was holding his hand and talking to him when all of a sudden he spoke, very...

Can you tell me what kind of books do you like to read? Short stories or maybe long novellas? Do you like poems, biographies or fictional stories?
