madreloca oh, also, don't listen to anyone telling you to crash diet/starve yourself. that can actually hold up weight loss because your body will go into "starvation mode" and store everything you do eat as fat. its also very unhealthy. you can also try eating more...

madreloca well, you can't really "teach" a child to have a personality. But i certainly think its important to teach a child to express themselves.
